Pheasant Hunting in So Cal – you can do it!
What a fantastic event this was! For those of you who think that there is not a good spot to go Pheasant Hunting in Southern California, you are wrong! On this beautiful day on November 22nd, 2014, Active Duty personnel and their dependents were treated to a day of Upland Hunting courtesy of Woodland’s Hunt Club located in Imperial, CA. Being able to handle the birds, work with the dogs, and test your ability to follow-through the shot proved challenging yet so enjoyable. What we at Lazy Lab Hunting Club are finding more and more is that it does not seem to be the harvest of game that draws service members to our events. It is the opportunity to simply be in a comfortable and familiar environment that allows the opportunity for discussion and a good laugh.
