Welcome Aboard, Rev. Day!
We are so blessed and excited to announce that Rev. Katie Day has accepted our inviation to serve as a Member on the Lazy Lab Hunting Club Board of Directors! Rev. Day is Senior Pastor and Head of Staff at Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church (http://www.pleasanthillpc.org) in Duluth, GA. A native of Jacksonville, FL, Katie, her husband Kevin, and their son Elijah recently moved back to the East Coast from Monterey, CA, where she served First Presbyterian Church of Monterey as Associate Pastor. Prior to that, she served Palms Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville Beach, FL – this is where she first learned the deep joy of caring for a military community. Katie earned her M.Div. from Columbia Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Furman University. From all of us at Lazy Lab Hunting Club, welcome aboard!
